Work in Australia with a 457 visa
06 October 2015 by News DeskThe 457 Skills Assessment Program is an assessment pathway for applicants applying for a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457).
This visa is relevant for people who work in a nominated occupation and hold a passport from a nominated country; and are required by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to have a skills assessment for temporary migration.
457 skills assessments determine if applicants have the skills and experience necessary to work in Australia at the trade level for their occupation so they can contribute immediately to the Australian workforce.
