Australian Wages Rise 2.7%

Full-Time Adult Average Weekly Earnings in November 2014 were $1,539.40, a rise of 2.7% from the same time last year, according to The Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Highest earners are those employed in the Australian Capital Territory who have the highest Full-Time Adult Average Weekly Earnings at $1,702.10, followed by Western Australia ($1,673.10).
The Australian Capital Territory has a high proportion of Public sector workers, who on average earn more than those in the Private sector.
