Passing through a new airport can often prove a challenge for visitors arriving in Sydney.
The new multi media resources aim to help travellers have a stress-free airport experience.
Passengers can now access information and guidance via a new online video, the Sydney Airport app and social media channels in addition to the airport’s mobile and internet services.
The new video follows a couple from kerbside to departure gate and provides tips on how to get the best out of their visit.

There are three passenger terminals at Sydney Airport:
T1: International Terminal. Australia’s gateway terminal, handling more than 12 million passengers a year.
T2: Domestic Common User Terminal. Used by domestic and regional airlines including Jetstar, Virgin Australia, Regional Express, Tiger Airways, Aeropelican and Brindabella Airlines.
T3: Domestic Terminal. Operated by Qantas and used for Qantas domestic and Qantaslink regional flights.
Sydney Airport is Australia’s busiest airport, used by almost 40 million passengers each year. An average of over 100,000 passengers every day.
It is located about 8 kilometres south of Sydney city centre. It has convenient transport to the city available by road and rail.
Established in 1919, it is one of the oldest continually operating airports in the world.
