Victoria best for house sales

It’s a seller’s market in Australia right now and the best place to sell property is in Victoria.
Housing market conditions in Victoria are the best across the country according to a new report. The Commonwealth Bank-CoreLogic Home Buyers Index says that out of the ten ‘best sellers’ markets nationwide, seven are located in Victoria.
The report considered property in Mallee, Loddon, Barwon, Wimmera, Melbourne and the central highlands as part of a balanced market. Eastern outer Melbourne, Hume City and Melton-Wyndham were considered ‘extreme’ markets.
