The team in Sydney is responsible for developing software capable of real-time risk management analysis of trading position as well as creating high frequency trading applications.
All the team come from a highly technical seasoned development background with the ability to combine lean, resilient and performant C# code with large back end data sets.
This position is looking for a mid-career or senior developer that brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience creating robust, multithreaded, real-time systems with C#. They must have:
- Extensive experience in C# application development (7yrs+)
- Experience with low latency development
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Front End WPF skills
- Knowledge of Traded Financial Service Products (desirable)
- Strong communication skills with traders
- Good database knowledge and data manipulation skills
This role would be suited for people coming from global investment bank, asset management company, energy trading company as a senior or lead developer on either the software or database side.
A passion for C# coding excellence is required as well as an innovative approach to technical problem solving.
