Sydney is ‘world’s friendliest city’

With its harbour views and iconic beaches Sydney was voted as the top city by readers of travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler in its annual rankings. Those who voted said there was ‘nothing not to like’ in Sydney.
Dublin in Ireland was voted second mist friendly city and Queenstown in New Zealand was third while Caracas in Venezuela topped the list of the un-friendliest cities in the world.
Topping the list of things to do is a tour of Sydney Harbour including boat trips and climbing the iconic bridge. Sydney has raised its game since 2014 when it was joint fifth in the friendliest city for 2014 with Melbourne voted number one. This year, Melbourne failed the make the top 10 list.
Dublin in Ireland came in just behind Sydney and New Zealand’s Queenstown was third. Queenstown was hailed for being the birthplace of adventure tourism as well as its bar scene and glaciers.
