Most popular suburbs in Australia

NSW_FreshwaterFreshwater in New South Wales, Unley in South Australia and Albert Park in Victoria are the top three most-searched-for suburbs where people want to live.

Freshwater, 17km from the Sydney Central Business District, is the suburb most potential buyers searched in during the past quarter.

Unley was second on the list and the best performer for South Australia. It is the first time the inner city suburb has made it onto the list of Sellers Markets.
In Queensland, Holland Park is top on the list, closely followed by Wishart, which has seen the most growth in interest during the past year.

Montmorency in Victoria came fourth on the most-searched-for list.

Tasmania’s most popular suburb is Bellerive, in Western Australia (Shenton Parkand) and in the Northern Territory (Wulagi), according to the latest Top Sellers’ Market list from realestate.com.au
