Migrate to Australia: Melbourne Music Week

05 October 2016 by News Desk

Migrate to Australia and see a host of top Aussie artists and musicians perform at Melbourne Music Week.

Migrate to AustraliaMigrate to Australia where the Melbourne Cricket Club is throwing its support behind the city’s local music scene, and encourages everyone to come experience the People’s Ground in a completely new way.

It’s been the stage for some of the world’s biggest sporting events and music performances, and it is to play host to Melbourne Music Week.

The MCG will transform into a mini music festival on Sunday 13 November, with Gate 2 opening at 2.00pm.

Live music lovers are invited to take a behind the scenes tour of the MCG, moving between performances in a variety of normally off-limits destinations, including the player change rooms, the new Robert Flower Terrace and the edge of the hallowed turf itself!

A mix of Melbourne musicians playing everything from acoustic tunes and smooth jazz to upbeat pop and indie rock will set the scene for unmissable main stage performances by local legends The Delta Riggs and Pierce Brothers.
