Emigrate to Australia where property prices have fallen in four capital cities in the past three months.

Emigrate to Australia is becoming more affordable as the housing boom slows leading to more realistic prices of houses and apartments.

Property prices in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra have increased but far from the level seen at the peak of the housing boom.

Sydney property prices rose by less than 4 per cent over the past three months. Melbourne home prices increased by 3.4 per cent and prices in Canberra have increased by one per cent.

Property prices in Sydney increased by 3.9 per cent over the past three months and have risen by 9.4 per cent over the past 12 months.

This compares to an annual growth rate of 18.4 per cent in the summer of 2015.

Melbourne property prices have increased by 3.4 per cent over the past three months and are 9.1 per cent higher over the past year. This compares to an annual growth rate of 14.2 per cent in September 2015.

Brisbane property prices have fallen by 05 per cent over the past three months and are 4.4 per cent higher over the past year. Over the past five years, Brisbane property prices have increased by 12.2 per cent.

Emigrate to Australia: housing prices

Adelaide property prices have fallen by 0.8 per cent over the past three months and are 3.1 per cent higher over the past year.

Perth property prices have fallen by 1.5 per cent over the past three months and are 4.2 per cent lower over the past year and have declined by 8.1 per cent from their peak in December 2014.

Hobart property prices have increased by 2.0 per cent over the past three months and are 6.5 per cent higher over the past year.

Darwin property prices have fallen by 3.9 percent over the past three months and are 4.2 per cent lower over the past year. Values are currently 9.1 per cent lower than their peak in May 2014.

Canberra property prices have increased by 1.0 per cent over the past three months and are 7.6 per cent higher over the past year.
