An opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. In this role you will be overseeing a portfolio of 200 properties worming alongside a full team of Property Managers you will not be left to run everything on your own.

Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited too;

Landlord & Tenant Liaison
Carry out repairs and maintenance
Arrears Management
Tribunal
No Accounts or No New Business (There is also a BDM Role on Offer if Interested)
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will ideally have:

Previous experience working as a Property Officer or Manager
Have strong communication skills
Current Certificate of Registration
Well Presented and strong communication skills
