Salary
APS6: $75,020.00 + 15.4% super per annum
EL1: $92,168.00 + 15.4% super per annum
The successful candidate is someone who will review problem, incident and change management processes to make recommendations for improvement.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have an understanding of IT operations (in the Problem, Incident and Change areas), an ability to investigate/review the organisation’s current approaches and documentation, analyse strengths and weaknesses of current approaches, and an ability to report on recommended changes to our approaches in line with industry standards.
Applicants must have at least two years of industry experience and be willing to go through a National Police check.
