The qualified candidate must have a hunger for achieving sales results and come with a proven track record in hotel sales, marketing and social media.
You will not only have the personality to reflect the unique and vibrant feel of TRYP and our other Wyndham Hotel Group Properties but also a good sense of humour, strong people skills, networking and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
About the job
In this role you will develop strategic sales and marketing partnerships across all Wyndham Hotel Group Properties to drive occupancy and revenue results, as well as drive and build a strong social media following.
Other key aspects to the role include:
Identify, implement & co-ordinate sales & marketing campaigns
Represent TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel at appropriate industry events
Help develop & implement annual sales & marketing plan
Manage online & digital marketing activities & provide post campaign reporting and analysis
Manage all social media marketing & customer engagement
Intimate knowledge of Brisbane corporate and leisure market
You will have a passion for yield management, enjoying the process of achieving the right balance. Finally, you have a knack for inspiring and motivating people to act and can sell the experience whilst you provide exceptional service.
