'Toast' brought you the largest Australasian dining experience in the northern hemisphere.

The 2006 Toast festival brought you sample cuisine from high profile New Zealand and Australian restaurants and chefs, such as Bill Granger and John Torode in the beautiful surrounds of Regent's Park, on 15th and 16th July.

The Cookeroos

Australian Chef - Bill Granger

This year Toast moved to the royal venue of Regent's Park on 15th and 16th July. Alongside the great entertainment, the event saw the introduction of 'Taste of Australasia', the largest antipodean dining experience in the UK. 'Taste of Australasia' brought together the highest profile antipodean restaurants and chefs, such as Bill Granger and John Torode, to create the country's most prestigious celebration of New Zealand and Australian cuisine.

Complementing the food and entertainment, wine education classes, cooking demonstrations, travel and property seminars also captured the wonderful flavours of New Zealand and Australia.
