Bryan has joined thinkingaustralia as our divisions management partner. Bryan has 30 years experience at the corporate level from operations through to senior management in a range of public and private organisations.
Projects have included :
- Setting up an industrial automation college in Sao Paulo, Brazil for the World Bank.
- Developing small industries in Orissa India working for the Indian government.
- Setting up, funding and developing a marine training centre in Pembrokeshire UK
- Developing start-up companies in the electronics, IT and engineering sectors
Consultancy work has included:
- Developing manpower training systems for Indian Railways
- Business training for Mercedes, Brazil
- Management training for IBM, Paraguay
- Developing corporate training programs for the India Steel Corporation, Roukela
- Introducing new technology for vehicle manufacturing TATA Jamshepur, India
In addition Bryan has been responsible for the development of projects for businesses in Asia, Africa and South America. These have proved to be successful and puts the partnership in a unique position to help thinkingaustralia move into developing markets.
His international commercial experience running his own consultancy and management training company spans over 20 years. He is currently director of a number of developing knowledge based companies. |
